01 Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how PKR29 ("pkr29", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data provided by users ("you", "Player", "User") of the online gaming platform operated at pkr29.cam.

03 Data Controller

4.1 Registration Data

4.2 KYC & Identity Verification Data
To comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and verify your identity before processing withdrawals, we collect copies of government-issued identity documents (such as your CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation.
4.3 Financial & Transaction Data

pkr29 does not store full payment credentials such as card numbers, CVVs or mobile wallet PINs. Payment transactions are handled by third-party payment processors who hold applicable payment security certifications.
pkr29 retains payment metadata — such as the type of payment method used, masked identifiers, transaction amounts, timestamps and transaction status — to meet AML record-keeping obligations, facilitate withdrawal processing, resolve disputes and comply with audit requirements.
