01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PKR29 ("pkr29", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform operated at pkr29.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any feature of the pkr29 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the pkr29 platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use following notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, unless context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pkr29, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of a commercial entity or syndicate.
• You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you are not accessing the Platform from within a restricted territory.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or associate of pkr29, a game studio supplying content to the Platform, or an affiliate programme partner, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not been subject to a Self-Exclusion on pkr29 or any associated platform that remains in effect.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds — not funds belonging to another person or sourced from criminal activity.

By creating an Account you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If any eligibility criterion ceases to be satisfied during the life of your Account, you must notify pkr29 immediately and cease using the Platform.

04 Registration & Accounts

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on pkr29. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact email. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkr29 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pkr29 support immediately via live chat at pkr29.cam.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or another supported currency as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion fees and applicable exchange rates (where relevant) are disclosed in the cashier before each transaction.

05 KYC & Verification

pkr29 is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be required before deposits above defined thresholds are accepted.

Documents typically required for KYC include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of wallet balance, bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds.

pkr29 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any point during the life of your Account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable notice period may result in Account suspension or closure.

06 Deposits & Payments

Deposit methods available on pkr29 are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Available methods are subject to change and may be affected by operator policy, payment provider terms and applicable local regulations. The cashier is the authoritative source of current available deposit options.

References to payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and similar services are provided for general informational context. These providers do not endorse or affiliate themselves with pkr29. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method permits the intended transaction type under that provider's own terms and applicable law.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pkr29 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported immediately; pkr29 reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits without notice.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on pkr29 are subject to individual game rules displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the game rules.

7.1 Game Fairness

Games on the Platform are sourced from studios that employ certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP values, where published by the studio, are displayed in the game information panel. pkr29 does not manipulate RNG outputs.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface before you place a wager. Limits may vary by game type, user tier and promotional status.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or network interruption during gameplay, pkr29 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous payout caused by a technical error shall not be honoured and will be reversed.

08 Sports Betting Specific Terms

The sports betting section of pkr29 covers a broad range of markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 league matches, ICC tournament events, international football, UFC and other live sports. The following specific terms apply to sports bets in addition to the general terms in Section 7.

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which that bet will be settled, subject to the exceptions listed below.
• In-play (live) bets may be subject to short delays. Bets placed during a delay will be accepted or rejected at the Platform's discretion based on the live market state at the point of confirmation.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting. Where no specific rule applies, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• Error odds — odds published as the result of a manifest error — will not be honoured. pkr29 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Result settlement follows official governing body declarations (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international tournaments). In-game statistics are for information only.

09 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr29 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general provisions in this Section. In the event of conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the point of claim. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; contribution percentages by game type are disclosed in the promotion details.

9.2 Bonus Validity

Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire after the period stated in the offer terms. Unused Bonus Funds that have expired will be removed from your Account without compensation.

9.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Depositing while a bonus is active may reset or forfeit the active bonus; check the specific offer terms before depositing.

9.4 Abuse & Exploitation

pkr29 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where bonus abuse, match-betting, arbitrage exploitation or coordinated bonus farming is detected. Accounts involved in systematic bonus exploitation will be restricted or closed.

10 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification successfully before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. pkr29 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Processing times depend on the withdrawal method selected and are shown in the cashier. Actual transfer times may vary based on intermediary payment processing.
• pkr29 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may extend processing timelines.
• All withdrawals are subject to a maximum amount per transaction and per day/week as displayed in the cashier. VIP tier players may have elevated limits subject to individual account terms.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkr29 platform:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pkr29.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, insider information exploitation or any activity that distorts the outcome of a bet or game in a fraudulent manner.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or money laundering.
• Allowing a minor (under 18 or the applicable minimum age) to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour toward pkr29 staff.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to access the underlying source code of Platform software.

12 Suspension & Termination

pkr29 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, and to withhold any associated Balance pending investigation, where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity is detected.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request is received.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent or insufficient.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the User's payment provider.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting pkr29 support via live chat. Upon legitimate Account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr29's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

pkr29 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings or loss of opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or market data inaccuracies.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to protect their Account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law that affect a User's ability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

Your use of pkr29 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how pkr29 collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data, and describes your rights in relation to that data.

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, conduct KYC, process transactions and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• pkr29 does not sell personal data to third parties.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

15 Responsible Gambling

pkr29 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Users and can be accessed via Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session length after which you will be prompted to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr29 holds its operating licence, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing information. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.

Nothing in this Section affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not override applicable Pakistani law.

17 Amendments

pkr29 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by emailing the address registered to your Account.

Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

The current effective version of these Terms is identified by the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request by contacting support.
